Hrono pita od jabuka sa heljdinim korama bez šećera...
Idealna užina i za mame i za bebe!
Nikada u svom celokupnom druženju sa rernom i kuhinjom mi nije palo na pamet da spremam pitu sa jabukama sve dok nisam videla da je moje jednogodišnje dete pocepalo parče bakine pite sa jabukama. Bila sam šokirana koliko je moja Doda brzo smazala i uživala u svakom zalogaju. Prvo sam se uplašila jer je Doda bila mala i do tada nije jela šećer, ali baka nam je priznala da je zaboravila da uopšte stavi šećer, baku stigle godine. Od tog dana pita sa jabukama je postala naša omiljena užina i pravim je jednom ili dvaput mesečno. Naravno modifikovala sam je tako da bude hrono, i niko ne provaljuje da je bez šećera, što je najbolja fora...Potrebno za 3 rolne

- 9 slatkih jabuka
Postupak pravljenja ove pite je toliko jednostavan da nisam mogla da verujem, a i baka ima svoje trikove ;)
Za jednu rolnu odvojite 3 kore i 3 jabuke. Kore od heljde su malo deblje od običnih tako da je taman tri komada. Jabuke operite i narendajte sa korom jer je ona najsladja. Uzmite dve kore i raširite ih jednu pored druge i namažite uljem. Treću koru stavite preko te dve po sredini i nju namažite uljem i preko cele kore stavite rendane jabuke. Možda vam se učini da je mnogo jabuka ali verujte da nije jer tako pita bude bogatija i sočnija. Preklopite kore i uvijte u rolnu. I tako 3 puta. Bakin trik je u tome što kad se ovako kore redjaju umesto jedna na drugu, ništa ne curi sa strane :) Ceo postupak možete pogledati na slikicama ispod.
Primetićete da sve radim na ploči šporeta. Eh nekada sam imala dovoljno radnih površina u kuhinji ali sad je to sve mesto za bebeće cucle i flašice, teglice i kašice. A trpezarijski sto je prepun bojica, papirica, knjigica, a tu su i inhalator i dečiji vitamini. Tako da je ploča šporeta ostala jedina površina na kojoj bih mogla da uvijam pitu. Stoga ne čudite se da vam se ne bi čudili...! Hahaha...
I da, pita se peče u rerni nekih 35 minuta na 200 stepeni... ali znaćete kad zamiriše....
Nas troje užinamo tri rolne tri dana...
